I am not sure about you, but before I became a personal trainer, the world of fitness could be very confusing. You would hear from a website how this move or food is good for you, then someone else would tell you the opposite. I can help you navigate that information and help you use it for your benefit. So, are you ready to lose pounds and inches, and find strength and energy you didn’t even know you had? Then you’ve come to the right place! I love helping people to lose weight, overcome obstacles, and get in the best shape of their life. Everyday my personal training clients find their bodies getting stronger, firmer and healthier as they lose fat and gain lean muscle. The key? Functional training, customized to your needs, abilities, and goals. Let’s get started!
Your customized personal training program includes:
- Fitness Testing and Assessment
- Strength Training and Cardiovascular Conditioning
- Nutritional Analysis
- Core Conditioning
- Balance and Flexibility Training

Stop wasting your time and money on ineffective “one-size-fits-all” personal training programs, diets and products! It’s time you had your own diet and exercise program customized to your unique needs, abilities, goals and interests.
Want better health and quality of life? Improved function and sports performance? More energy and less stress? Great strength endurance and flexibility? Better muscle balance and coordination? A lean, toned body that will do the things you want it to do? Or maybe you just want to see what your capable of accomplishing. It’s all possible. . .
I train clients in their homes or parks within a certain mile radius or at the Gathering Place (GP) in Greenwood. You do not need to be a member in order to train out of the GP facility.

About My Journey
As a child and teenager I was a person who could eat whatever I wanted and never gained weight. You turned me sideways and I disappeared, I was just over 100 lbs soaking wet. I left high school weighing 120, my weight fluctuated a little, but then I hit my thirties. At 37, 180 lbs, I could not stand it anymore. I started on my journey to looking and feeling better. This journey was a lengthy one that has numerous doctor visits, wrong diagnosis’, unnecessary prescriptions and me one confused person. I researched, read, Googled, and spoke with several homeopathic specialties. I got my body balanced, and realized my eating habits (very important!) and am a clean eater, and upped my fitness regimen by using weights and not just cardio, I lost my weight (50 lbs), and felt 100% better and have energy. So having the knowledge I had, I decided to find a way to help people do the same thing. I have a lot more schooling I want to do, but I started with getting my certification in Personal Training from NASM. I do Interval Training Classes, boot camps, train clients and I LOVE IT!
Let me help you love your body!
